Pass DMV helps you study for your DMV permit test. We designed it to collect as little information as possible.
We do not collect personal information. The app does not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or contact information.
Your study progress — selected state, practice history, streaks, and mock-exam results — is stored only on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to any third party. Removing the app deletes this data.
Pass DMV offers a single one-time purchase to unlock the full app. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment information. Apple's handling of your purchase is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs, and does not track you across other apps or websites.
The app is suitable for all ages and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Pass DMV is a study aid created from official state driver handbooks and federal sources. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any state Department of Motor Vehicles.
